The Basil Bloom Field double pannier bag is suitable for mounting on the back of a woman's bicycle and stands out with its cheerful print.
You can have a cheerful and trendy double bicycle bag on the back of your bicycle rack by choosing Basil Bloom Field. Did you know this bag is made from recycled PET plastic. How about the fact that the sustainable pannier is also waterproof (IPX3). It can hold all your groceries or other shopping needs with its capacity of 28 to 35 litres. The Bloom Field Pannier has a fully lined inner and includes a water-resistant folding clasp. It prevents rainwater from seeping into the bicycle bag. These handy features allow you to take groceries and other items with you and keep them dry.
You can easily attach the Basil Bloom Field double bag to your carrier with the Universal Bridge system. This Universal Bridge system allows you to decide on how you want to attach the bag. You can attach it with the pre-mounted straps. You can even combine it with the Basil DBS system (removable carrier plates) or MIK adapter plates. Both of these systems must be purchased separately. Do you have much heavier stuff in your bag. Then you can combine the bag with the Basil Distance Holder (sold separately). This holder prevents the bag from getting into the spokes of your bike.

I bought these Bloom panniers and I am very happy with the product. The fabric is strong and waterproof: The colors and patterns are exactly what I expected. The seams and closures look well finished. The saddlebags have a cardboard base inside and two small side cardboards so that the saddlebag is not crushed (they are foldable in case you want to carry it crushed). They are easy to mount. They look gorgeous on my vintage bike and are striking at how pretty they are. I haven't tried them in the rain yet but I think they won't disappoint because of the quality of the fabric. I am delighted with the purchase.

Product is exactly as pictured. Arrived in Canada in good time. Good quality and size and looks great on my wifes e-bike. The blue color is really pretty! Great bags for an excellent price.

Are these panniers rigid or do they concertina?

These panniers are not rigid but they stay expanded when on your bike because they have cardboard inserts that fit into pockets within that allow the shape to remain expanded and pretty.

The bags are connected by the two straps that fit perfectly over the bike rack. I suppose if you wanted to you could cut the strap but then how would you attach it to the bike rack. Regardless the bags are really really nice and they are exactly as shown and very spacious and well made.
