I haven´t tried it on a lefty fork, but assuming that the lefty isn´t rigid, I don´t think that there is a spot to mount the sensor since it´s the station that moves with the wheel. I had a very similar one on my scalpel (it looked similar, but the sensor was very different. I don´t remember the part number). It was the higher end one which also had a cadence sensor and mounted on the rear linkage, seat stay! I don´t think that this one will have the range to read the sensor from that distance.
