Ok, but to be combined with good socks

They protect well from the wind. They are very adherent. Used for the first time on a 90 km ride mostly at zero degrees. To be combined with socks that keep the feet warm, otherwise the extremities tend to get cold. However I would buy them again.

Be aware of sizing, go for larger size. I have XXL overshoes on 46 EU cycling shoes and it fits perfect. Overshoes itself is durable and warm.
