Nano Flex G3 on seat and lower back leg for splash protection from wet roads.

Mesh bibs don´t hold moisture.
KISS Air2 seat pad gives great cushioning without excessive bulk.
High-visibility reflective stripes above knee in front and above calf on back.
Ankle zips for easy on/off.
This is our warmest tight, for tough guys who don´t let a little cold keep them indoors.
Our warmest GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabric covers the entire front of the tight to keep the cold wind out.
We use water-repellent Nano Flex 3G on the bum and the back of the lower legs for splash protection from wet roads, while Thermoflex on the back of the thighs gives extra stretch for the renowned Castelli fit.
This is now the most comfortable wind tight we´ve ever made.
We´ve kept the bib straps to a minimum so that you can layer your upper body exactly as you wish, without an unwanted thermal layer covering your stomach.
With more of us riding at night, we´ve placed large reflective inserts on both the front and back of the legs, where the up-and-down pedaling motion grabs the attention of approaching motorists.

Shoulder straps are too short

XL 182cm 78kg Japanese The overall size feels like it fits tightly. I can't say anything about the cold resistance because it depends on the strength, but it seems that it is not much different from the 5 degree band of Pearl Izumi. The shoulder straps were too short for me and I had a stiff shoulder and a headache within an hour of riding. I will use it without hanging the shoulder strap.

I highly recommend these pants. +4 outside with wind and light rain, and i feel very good and warm. Windproof works perfect.
