- The rolling properties of the rubber of a bicycle tire are mainly determined by three different factors: grip, rolling resistance and service life.
The dilemma:
- Improving one characteristic often comes at the expense of another.
- A tire with a lot of grip wears out faster and rolls slower.
- But if the tire has to become faster, or has to last longer, this is at the expense of the grip.
- A very good compromise has already been reached with the current, highly advanced silica gel-based technology.
- However, the engineers were not yet satisfied.
- They broke new ground and achieved a breakthrough in the composition of the mixture:

excelente grip para hacer algo de trail con estas llantas, la goma me gusta se agarra muy bien en descenso, solo que es algo blanda y se gasta un poco rápido, no pesan de mascado aunque el lateral se nota algo delgado cuidar la presión al rodar, por lo demás excelentes llantas.

The tire is turning good use puncture tape it is not bendable and has no displacement , at least this pair of continental tire has smooth shaft . I made a combination here on the bike, I put the 2.3 tire on the front and on the back it's a 2.25 michelin that I already had. I'm enjoying it and it's turning cool on the trails and dirt roads, I just walk on the asphalt to make connections and get on the trails.

They seem resistant and have good grip to the naked eye, we need to try them. It did not cost much to mount them, even being 29x2.3 they have the same ball that the Hutchinson charges 29x2.1

NO, the tire is not prepared for Tubeless, it is a rigid rim tire prepared for use exclusively with Tube.
