Hello I see that these tires are recommended for road bikes and electric bikes but up to 25 km/h, my question: is it not possible to ride at 40 km/h with a road bike?

E-bikes are so much heavier (50 lbs or above), so I think 25 km/h is just a safety recommendation for use on heavy e-bikes. I rode with a pair of Ultra Sport-3 700x25c exceeding 50 km without any problem.
