The bell is of great quality and looks really good. It's quite small and on a black handlebar it's hardly noticeable. The sound it makes isn't the loudest but it's enough to draw the attention. Highly recommended to everyone who needs a discreet bell.

Undoubtedly 15 euros for a bell may seem excessive, but it is the price to pay if you want to have a product well studied in all its details in order to produce a clearly audible sound and at the same time to be placed on the handlebar of the bike with discretion and style. The set of accessories included (shims, Allen) and the packaging are excellent. Advice: for an ideal location, the brake and gear cables must pass under the handlebar so that, by fitting into the space provided in the bell collar, they allow them to be placed in the most ergonomic position.

On a road bike. Ritchey-Chrétien carbon handlebar, 32mm. slightly oval. Near the power, mumble more cylindrical. It adapts very well to the handlebar. And with its 2 holes for the passage of cables. Good sound. No galling even on bumpy roads.

Perfect to be heard on the road, Small, beautiful and ... it works. The only downside is that the diameter of the clamp is tailored to the thickest part of the handlebar, (it must be placed next to the stem), otherwise perfect.

I frequently ride my road bike on multiuse paths. I've been shouting "on your left!" for a few years, and it tends to 1) scare most people, 2) anger some people, and 3) make folks move to the left, instead of making space on the left. I realized that I needed a bell. I wanted something small, basic, and with a sound that would let people know I was coming without making them jump out of their shoes. This bell does that almost perfectly. The things I like are: + Pleasant tone. Has a nice, friendly "ding" that doesn't scare people. + Control. I can control the volume (to some degree) and the number of dings by how hard / frequently I flick the hammer. + Cable channels. Fits on the limited real estate on my bars. + Small and discreet. Blends in with my black handlebars. Things I don't like: - Too quiet. This bell isn't loud enough at a distance (e.g. approaching fast from a distance, or around a blind corner), when there is environmental noise (e.g. wind, traffic), or when runners are wearing headphones. When I flick the hammer as hard as I can, it's still pretty quiet. - Have to move my hands. I really wish there was a way to mount the bell so I could use it when my hands are on the hoods. The only practical place to put it is near the stem, though, so I usually have to change my hand position to use the bell. Sometimes this doesn't feel safe. My experience has been great overall, and I definitely recommend this bell, but it still needs a little improvement. If they made a louder version (especially with a brass bell instead of aluminum) I'd buy it to replace this one.

Sat on the wheel of a cyclocross perfectly! I hope it will not interfere with the brake understudies. Elegant design, I mounted it on my racing bike, it is also functional due to the fact that there is space for cable passages, which if they touched the metal part would prevent the sound. The sound is clean though, maybe it will be for mine, but at the beginning of the ring I hear a slight "splitting" of sound ... I mounted it correctly and without tightening too much as instructed.
