REAL floating disc! I was skeptical but I had to think again, it works very well. being slightly thicker than normal, it resists heat well. spider a little delicate....if it takes a knock make sure the disc turns straight. with a special tool if you put it back in place

I replaced the Sram control units with these Magura mdr ones and braking has improved a lot especially when the discs are under stress on long and steep descents, they may also be medium range but with the Magura brakes I, who am not a featherweight, feel great.

The Magura MDR-P 6B brake disc is a formidable disc. I have changed them after more than 20 thousand kilometers with them on my e-bike practicing, most of the routes, the enduro mode. I fully trust these discs and have played them again. I have several bikes with brake discs from different brands and the Magura MDR-P 6B are the best of the best that I have tried.

Hello, it does have a hole for the speed sensor magnet. But it is for Magura or Galfer´s own magnet. The rest of the magnets for the sensor are screwed together with the disc screws.

These require a hub with ISO 6 bolt pattern. You probably also need a disc brake post mount adapter if you are replacing a smaller diameter disc brake.

You can use any model as long as it’s compatible to your fork and proper spacing to match. I.e. 180mm fork you would need a 40mm adapter to match the 220 disc.
Replacing 200mm Centerline discs with Magura MDR 203mm

Hello, yes they are compatible. As for the adapter, you must purchase a 203mm one. Or put 1.5 mm washers on each screw and use the one you have for the 200mm one.

You need to choose the disk size. I bought for my bike 1 203mm and another 180mm. If I´m not mistaken this disc model doesn´t have 160 mm. Grateful.

I think the disc can be used with any brand of brake. In my case, the braking of the bike has improved a lot. I use Magura mt7 hc3 brake. Hope this helps. Hug

They should actually work fine. They will last longer and depending on the type of riding you do you may never have to change your rotor again because they are made for high speeds and high temperatures to avoid warping. So I would say give it a try because it´s probably one of the best, "if not, the best rotor on the market"! I am a little biased though because I prefer Magura brakes and components on all my personal and professional electric bike conversions... Jason

Every caliper that fits the bike essentially, the disc is fits all wheel hubs as long it have a 6 hole system. If the disc is 220mm you need extentions for the caliber.

You can mount them with any brake. You just need to get the right adapter. They mount very well on SRAM Code RSC brakes.

I use this with SRAM Code R, they´re 2mm thick instead of the standard 1.8mm however they are suitable (srams new rotors are also 2mm thick).
