If you are looking for a grease for bearings and moving parts of the bike... this is yours. Grease that holds a lot of moisture. One of the best greases on the market for bearings and moving parts. It has a brutal adhesion with a super sticky texture similar to silicone and does not weigh down as much as some Teflon greases. Being translucent, it does not opaque the greased components either. It is also valid as an assembly grease, although it is possible that the white motorex grease or the finish line teflon grease, both of which are more pasty, are more suitable for assembly and more durable in outdoor components.
