Easy to use, many health measurements can be retrieved on the polar flow app. The H10 belt makes the difference with cardio precision well above that of the watch during physical activity. the GPS also works well to recover your sports trip Polar flow allows you to easily configure the watch. Heart rate sensor has both ANT+ and Bluetooth interfaces, so can be connected to (and used with) many devices, including Garmin´s watches and velometers, mobile phones. Strava is independent of device used to record activity.

Hello, Polar pacer pro is compatible with all Bluetooth smart sensors, polar h7 is one of them.

You can set custom heart rate zones (there are 5 HR zones). When your heart rate crosses a specific zone the watch will vibrate. I suggest you set your maximal recomended heart rate as the barrier between zone 4 and 5.

Can I use this heart rate monitor to set the maximum heart rate that the doctor says I can train at, and if I exceed it, do I get an acoustic signal or a vibration to tell me that I should stop training immediately or shift down a gear?
