Shimano MW7 MTB Shoes are the perfect companion for the most complex routes since it is prepared for any weather change and also offers resistant materials with great grip, warmth, comfort, and easy adjustment.
These mountain biking shoes present a rubber outsole for excellent grip to the pedal and a TORBAL midsole that provides more fluid movements and less rigidity. In the interior, a fleece EVA insole gives warmth, cushioning, and keeps the temperature of your feet at its normal levels.
The great advantage of this trail shoe is the Goretex Insulated Comfort membrane that is highly waterproof and breathable, so your feet will be dry at all times. They have a Velcro strap that avoids objects from entering inside and a BOA L6 lacing system. The neoprene collar increases the protection and support of the ankle.

I am already happy with these boots, the best protection yet and much more comfortable than overshoes. This review is about duty buying in the UK from a Spanish based company. Some other websites warn of customs charges for purchases over €135. The Bikeinn website said no duty or VAT. I confirm mine arrived in the UK on time with no additional costs and much cheaper than buying elsewhere.

Shoes are just class. Very comfortable anatomical shape. On the leg they sit like cast ones, although I have a wide leg and a high instep. Very well made, expensive materials, functional boa. Highly recommend.

You need to take a size larger for winter, as it will be possible to put a warm insole and a warm sock, plus the leg should not be cramped. Shoes tried this day in 3 degrees and with summer socks and I didn't have cold feet, so I'm satisfied. On the other hand compared to my other shimano shoes they fit big.

Tried at +5C with summer socks - warm enough. Tried at -5C with winter merino wool socks - after about 1 hour my toes began to freeze. Size is true to civil brands and -1EU to shimano´s regular sizing.

Very comfortable and warm for uk winter / autumn. But Velcro weak and pops open when peddling and hard to close gap between top Velcro and one on top of foot so water can get in. Just does not sit right.

Today I went MTB for the first time at temperatures around freezing point. The Shimano MW7 are really TOP. I did not suffer from cold or wet feet. No more messing around with overshoes and the like. Shoes on and ready to cycle. The closure system and protective flap ensure that the shoe fits perfectly around your foot. I normally have size 41 and deliberately took 1 size bigger. Perfect for wearing slightly thicker socks and having wonderfully warm feet during the entire ride. Can recommend this product to everyone.

Great pair of shoes. Warm and waterproof even in rain and Mud. Size: I normally use a 41. However based on my experience with a pair of Summer Shimano shoes where the 42 are somewhat tight I initially ordered a 43. However they were too big and I finally have the 42 as well for the MW7. They are comfortable even with a pair of thicker socks. Shipment was fast and according to schedule

From older Shimano shoes I used to wear one size larger then my normal size (44). From this one 44 was way too big, 43 is good for me. Best value winter spd shoes, highly recommended.

I just received them, and therefore not yet used. My opinion concerns the size: they fit normally. I am 42.5 (27.2cm) and following the Shimano size guide (see their site) I took 43, which fits me perfectly, even with a thick pair of socks. They are also very comfortable and warm, all you have to do is test outside!

After 3, rainy and muddy MTB rides between 1h and 4h I can say that the shoe is very good, comfortable, no pain points. Also that the shoe has remained dry until now, no wait ... the shoe itself does not stay dry, but your feet do :-). If I have to mention a small minus ... I followed the dimensions of Shimano and ended up with a size 45 (which I do not mind because these shoes are intended for the winter with the somewhat thicker stockings) However, it seems to me that a size 44 would certainly have been sufficient. My normal shoe size is 43.

The Shimano MW7 is a very good choice as a winter shoe. They keep the foot really warm and have a fantastic impermeability. Logically they are a bit heavy compared to a standard shoe but if you need hot feet do not hesitate. The 43 is a bit more baggy than another Shimano shoe I have.

Incredible boot for the winter season, last model boa system, covers laces and neoprene closure on the ankle. The interior as well as the insole is a warm fabric. The Michelin sole grabs everywhere and is very comfortable when walking.

This review is only regarding sizing: My previous Shimano bicycle shoes where 44. My normal EU size is 42.5 or 8.5 UK. In the past Shimano sizes tended to be smaller. So when i ordered these shoes i took 1,5 size bigger (refering to the old Shimano sizing). It seams that Shimano has changed their sizing recently. So i ended up with shoes that where way to big :-(. So if you wonder what size you should take? Just take your regular size. Happy winter riding

The correct deadline - order 27.12 - delivery 7.01. Attractive price PLN 648.90 with delivery. I tested the shoes in the following conditions: - temp. (-) 2stC + rain + 2x thin sock ride ok.3h - temp. (-) 5stC + dry + 2x sock (1 thicker) ride about 1.5h In both cases, the shoes keep very good - waterproof 100%, breathing 100%, warmth - unfortunately, every now and then you have to move your fingers, or go a bit - feel cold when your fingers are still.
