Product description Sram NX Rear Derailleur

The Sram NX Rear Derailleur offers a quick and smooth shifting system for better acceleration and wheel installation, and it is also compatible with 42 teeth and 11 speeds. The bearing clutch eliminates chain bounce and bumps.

The cage and pulley bearings of this bike rear derailleur are made of steel, for greater resistance and durability. The X SYNC technology provides good performance, easy shifting, and silent operation. The X HORIZON allows for faster and effortless shifting.

Besides, it comes with a cage lock that wheel removal and installation easier. It features Exact Actuation technology that favors precision, speed, and silent operation.
The SRAM NX X-HORIZON™ rear derailleur provides the same smooth, reliable shifting action as XX1™from the larger upper pulley offset to the 12-tooth X-SYNC™ pulley wheels.

By eliminating unwanted chain movement, X-HORIZON™ shifts faster, puts an end to ghost shifting and reduces shift force and chain slap.

And with CAGE LOCK™ technology, wheel removal and installation are easier than ever.

Nice cheap alternative to the XO1 derailleur that got caught on a branch and broke. This is heavier but seems very durable. The spring, whether because it's new or whether because it's stronger I can't say, but is able to pull the chain down onto the 10T cog which the X01 struggled with on the worn cassette.
