I expect it will. There is a lot of adjustment, I use it on a standard Blackburn rack.

Is the child properly restrained by the belt? Is just a chest strap enough? Each seat for a younger child had a 3-point belt and here is only this belt and it worries me a bit

In my opinion it is OK, I carry a 4 year old in it we go off road on rocky trails and it seems enough. The strap doesnt really hold them as they sit in the seat and arent held in by the strap (I hope this makes some sense!)

No it does not. Just a clamp to attach to a rack.

This is made to attach directly to the sides of your carrier. It wouldn’t fit properly on our Radrunner so be mindful of the requirements!
