I bought a pair and for my MTB. I also bought a patch kit. They arrived on time and I was not taxed. They are very light. And very expensive. Before installing I changed the rim tape. I took the opportunity to sand any burrs and do a cleaning. Installation is easy. Front tire lost pressure after 3 days. It was my fault for not checking the valve tightness as instructed in the manual. Fixed valve tightness, both tires are running 100%. The bike gained a lot of agility with the reduction of rotational weight.

They don't weigh anything, I carry them on both wheels. I have played at times, but I also played with the normal ones, although it could be because of the covers, because since I have ridden Vittoria Barzo and Mezcal, I have not played again. For now I will continue to use them.

I think the product is expensive but if you use tubeless and buy this camera as a spare in case you have no choice if you click, you save weight and space where you can put the conventional camera.

One out of two got torn by itself after being inflated

My experience wasn't the most pleasant one, but nevertheless, the product is good an I will order it again. Here is what happened: 1. I ordered two S-tubes for my 29er equipped with Schwalbe Big One Evo Line Liteskin Onestar 29x2.35 folding tyres (450g each) and the already light Schwalbe Extra Light SV19A inner tubes (145g each). The order was placed on 30th of June and was supposed to arrive in one week at most, judging by the delivery estimation. In fact, on the 13th of July they handed over the package to the courier and it finally arrived to me on the 20th of July. 2. Apart from the fact that I paid for a quicker delivery than the default post delivery, and that the package arrived almost 3 weeks later, I had some other unpleasant surprises. Following the directions provided with the package I gently inflated the tube to approx. 0.5bar (7.25psi) and mounted it on the rim, inside the tyre, making sure it wouldn't get caught between them (which is unlikely, as the tube is sufficiently inflated to its shape). Then I gently inflated it to about 3bar (43.5 psi) so that the tyre could sit properly on the rim. After making that pop sound, I deflated the tyre to about 2.5 bar (36.25psi), as I always do with the back tyre. After that, I put the wheel on the bike and moved on to the front tyre. 3. I followed the same instructions as before and began inflating the tube to about 0.5bar so it could get to its shape. It didn't even get close to 0.5bar when, suddenly, a huge bulge appered, like a baloon, on one side of the tube, close to the seaming area. I quickly deflated it, although there was not much to deflate... The bulging area remained deformed after the deflation, but I eventually managed to install it properly on the wheel. I didn't finish to completely inflate the tyre, when a I heard a whooshing sound... I thought: well, the bulge gave in. But, no. It was the back tyre that was already installed on the bike... Shock and awe! (and curses... lots of them). I got the tube out of the back tyre and noticed it was torn about 15cm on its inner side that touches the rim tape. I definitely wasn't expected that... The material is quite strong as I couldn't manage to rupture it with my hands. Nevertheless, it broke. As I wanted to reduce the rotational inertia of my back tyre, I had to switch the front tyre tube (the one with the bulge) to my back tyre. Now I had to redo both tyres again, as I only had 2 S-Tubes and one was ruined. I finally managed to install it properly, but this time I inflated it to about 2.2bar (29psi) and put back my Schwalbe Extra Light tube on the front tyre. 4. Later that night I took the bike out for a spin and the tube was performing as it should. I even had the feeling (placebo effect maybe) that I could accelarate faster and climb the hills easier, as I shredded 100g of weight off the back wheel. 5. CONCLUSION: the tube seems alright so far (I used it once) and it didn't lose any pressure overnight. I will order again this product, one tube for the front tyre and another two as spare tubes. Be careful when you inflate it for the first time, even though the instructions say 0.5bar, don't go that far. Also, don't inflate it over 2.5bar as it could get torn as mine did.

Light, takes little and practical. One of the cheapest ways of reducing weight that you carry on you lie pedaling. What more could you want?
