I came across this site after searching for a forward mount for a bike computer. The price was very good, much lower than every other supplier, even after taking account of postage costs. The item arrived on time, and the delivery tracker was very accurate. I would just say that UK buyers should be aware this company is based in Spain. That's no issue other than it does lead to a longer delivery time.

Overall a fantastic experience, did not at first realise they are a Spanish based company as their website is really good it was only when I saw the delivery time I checked where they are based. Nice thing was there was no import tax on my item, so no problem with Brixit in this instance. Going back to the bikeinn website, wow what a product range and very competitive prices too. The tracking on my item was very good and the delivery time was fair considering it had to clear customs. Very pleased and have bookmarked the bikeinn site.

Hadn’t used bike Inn before so was slightly dubious but had to use them as they were the only suppliers of the part I needed. I checked them out on other review sites and they seem to based across Europe which, following the Brexit catastrophe, made me a bit concerned. The order had a tracking facility which gave a bit of reassurance. The package arrived intact but was a day late. I would use BikeInn again.

I have already done a review but had a request to complete this. I received my braces a day earlier than expected and they seem good but haven't been used yet. I will be wearing them pretty much solidly for the next week sailing in the North Sea so they will be out through their paces and I expect them to do the job.. Ordered a Catseye light set. Half the price of the cheapest UK deal. From start to finish the whole process was straightforward and I was kept well informed. Tracking from Spain to the UK was well documented with each stage of the parcel’s journey showing on the website. Delivery in the UK was delayed by a day as I live in quite a rural area and Royal Mai can be slow. Having said that, the delivery was as quick as ordering from UK companies. I bought a Giro Agilis helmet from bikeinn because UK sellers had no stock and inflated prices...double in some cases! I had my reservations about buying from outside the UK, but those ideas couldn't have been further from the actual service. It did take longer to arrive, but at a much reduced price and comprehensive updates regarding delivery progress. Which was earlier than the predicted date. I would definitely recommend and will use again. Great brands, well worth a slight wait.

Communication was good, and the product is excellent quality. However, the website could make it clear to UK users that orders are being shipped from abroad, as this is of course going to affect the delivery time. The product page is indicating 1 or 2 days for delivery and customers might miss the fact that the delivery time then changes once the product is in the basket. Not a big issue, just need to set expectations.

No complaints about Bikeinn. The aspect that is causing me trauma is that cycle colthing in general (Cube fingerless gloves in this case) are three sizes smaller than their rated size.I ordered XXL, but cube thinks that means I have medium sized fingers. I suspect something is lost in translation when manufacturing is outsourced to countries whose population is statistically different in stature.

Whilst this item is well made the wicker domed top didn't fit correctly, instead of the lid fitting flush to the top of the basket there was a gap of about 12mm between the lid & the basket at the leading edge so the lid didn't close flush to the basket. Upon receipt of the basket I had to re set the locking mechanism on the front of the basket to enable full closure of the top to the basket, Attention to detail, check the product to ensure you are sending out a quality item not an inferior one as in this case. I know the basket was not a lot of money but quality is just as important for cheaper items as it is for the more expensive ones. I suggest you pay more attention to the quality of your items before forwarding to your customers.

The price was one of the lowest - which is a good incentive. Delivery from Spain to the UK was not that quick but acceptable. I was a little taken aback by the packaging which seemed wasteful and over the top - the cardboard box was huge and filled with lots of plastic bubble wrap which environmentally was not admirable. The parts look genuine so that's good.

Easy to find a part for my rear shock. Not available in the UK for over 60 days and also 3x the price compared to Bikeinn. Got the part in less than 14 days. Postage was reasonable too. Only issue was the size of the package and packaging. It was huge for such a small item. On the flip side my purchase was well protected and got here no problem.

The tyres were really well priced, much cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was quick. My only annoyance is with the tyre, the tan wall is pretty poor and is uneven on some parts of the tyre. Other than that, they easily fitted with little issues getting them to sit on the rim.

Absolutely beautiful helmet! I bought this helmet as a birthday present for my husband (because it's the same colour as his bike), but I also had to do a little bit of research first (because he's fussy!) and thank god it paid off! He loves it, says it's very 'aero' which is obviously why I got it for him! His head measures 57cm and I ordered a medium as that goes up to 59cm, but it is snug, I should have sized up for comfort but he said it's OK. I never order things like this online so I'm really happy with it, we received it very fast, brilliant service.
