We got an espresso slim, exactly what we wanted, It came with a uk plug adapter and a selection of 14 pods This coffeemaker was 40 to 50 cheaper than the rest we looked at. It was very well packaged, the original nespresso box was bubble wrapped and placed in a sturdy outer box. Definitely go with these guys.

I did receive what I wanted. But if there is something that can improved on, it would be that I received the email only 1 hour prior to delivery when the delivery company would bring the order.
