The tube is molded in two different materials with a different hardness. The C4-ist snorkel is the best I've used for freediving so far. The inner diameter of the tube is dimensioned so well that there is no great air resistance, even when taking a deep breath. I use the snorkel mainly for deep apnea diving and it is so stable that it doesn't flap even during fast ascents or descents. I can recommend him with a clear conscience.
