Nice torch but burn time not as advertised

Bought 2 of these and both fail to get anywhere the claimed burn time of 1.5hrs on high. I have cycled the batteries 3 times and both torches are the same. I get 65 to 70 minutes with fully charged batteries and running the torches in a bucket of water. Nice torches though with good beam and gentle wider spread of light as well.

I will have this lamp with another and bought it too. What a lot of light comes from this relatively small lamp. With the compact battery charger, it can always be taken on a trip, while in the Netherlands it is an excellent back-up light. Recommended.
