The size is great, it could fit everything I needed to fit! Material is also very hardy, and colour (pink) was beautiful. Definitely a gem to travel with! Acouple of things that I struggled with: - after putting in all my stuff, the bag couldn’t really stand vertical stably. Seems like the 2 protruding support parts on the bottom to balance against the wheels and help it stand, weren’t quite protruding enough. The bag kept leaning forward from the weight and I had to repack and shift the heavier items to the bottom/back part of the bag, away from the top, to stop it from tipping over when trying to make it stand. - The backpack straps idea was great. But when I tried to carry as a backpack after packing all my stuff in, I found that the shoulder straps placement (quite low?) didn’t allow me to squat to put my arms through and stand back up again. I had to sit down on the ground to put my arms through, then kneel and slowly get myself up. This is because after packing the bag was too heavy and was impossible to just lift and swing over the shoulder to carry it that way. Once it was on my shoulders though, it was ok. Not sure how to make this better, it could just be because I’m Asian gal sized, and lack the strength of the average user? But overall - I love the bag, can’t wait to use it for my next long trip!
