According to the sizing chart, I am on the low end of the ML size for both height and weight. However, the ML size was so tight it caused my head, jaw, and knee to ache and I felt a constant choking pressure around my neck. Luckily, I had a friend who is 10 kg lighter and it fit him perfectly. If you have a muscular build, I would recommend one size larger than the one that fits you at the minimum of the range listed. In addition, the color is not brown, it is much closer to black. On the positive side, it’s extremely warm and both my friend and I could not feel the cold in 13 C seawater.
