I think this is one of the best guns for my area where the water is usually not clear. It has quick power regulator that makes it a good gun for hole hunting too. The only issue I have is the gun is not following the measures of Mares and other brands and from tip to handle 85cm is not actually 85cm but more like 92-93cm.

great powerful and easily took down a 20Kg amber jack, the reel is a bit less refined the break is not smooth at all and my spool was broken on arrival. took almost a month to arrive and just in time for a pre holiday dive. I don't recommend this for in caves even at half power it still packs a good punch. Bream snooping it has the speed and reach. should work well in clear water. get the ladder for reloading though its a tall setup to reload and im 6'3" but can be done ill be getting the ladder for faster reloads. Think a spare shaft and a 55cm version for the tighter spots not because it's too big but the power it packs is almost too much and I can see shafts stuck and blunt tips is not far off. compared to my roller its a feather weight and the accuracy is spot on

well, but... with the preload of compressed air that comes from the factory you will need to have some arms like "the mass", I emptied it completely and I have put 250 blows of the pump it comes with, I will probably raise it to 300 and so far so good. .... the biggest drawback I see is taking the fish out of the rod once you go through it completely, since the end of the rod is much wider than in a rubber band

Undoubtedly a rifle like the top of a pine, with much more level than the guy who uses it, I had to completely empty it of the air it carried due to the pressure I brought from home and I have 275 blows with the pump that I think is equivalent to something more than 10 atmospheres, according to the manual and I am collecting catches at distances that I did not dream of before with the rubber bands.

Good speargun for its money. In my case lower power regulator makes loading easier only after the speargun was shot from low power position. Just moving the power switch from high to low does not make loading easier, only after fired form lower power. At the end of flight the spear always goes to the left, maybe its something to do with my line and its attachment to the spearshaft. Changed monoline to dyneema, goes to the left less, but still enough to miss the target at the larger distance, almost at the end of the monoline (7 barrel length wraps, around 6 meters).

The kit includes the harpoon, pump, +/-6 meters transparent monofilament wire with metal lock, a metal fitting to remove the plastic cover to access the pressure valve, a plastic handle to fit the harpoon to carry the gun, an extra rubber seal to place on the gun's tip that allows the vacuum and an instruction manual.

Weapon difficult to load after some time of diving. The dipstick flexes when charging. Because it is not practical to carry, shooting opportunities are lost. It takes practice to acquire weapon loading technique. It's potent but exhausting.

The gun is amazing to me. I got it perfect hits on first dive!! My previous where OneAir 100 and this feels sooo much more refined and of top quality vs before mentioned!! Great balance in my hands, pretty good maneuverbility, especially considering huge size of gun! Hits hard and it is a great feel to hit with it. Only downside is they give You a standard loader, while nobody can reach with it to refill it!!! And in original the trigger is pretty hard to squeze, so I'll buy a Race Kit for it, it will make it more easy. All other is TOP. Plus the reel included gets 70m of 1.5mm and is a.genius, and extremely easy for use...reel in, change drag...ALL TOP :)

The rifle comes ready for fishing. The pump is included. I recommend that you read the instructions before you start using it. And a little different from the usual tire. The rifle is on maximum power when the power regulator knob is in the muzzle position and must be pumped into this position. This particular choice allows the hand to adapt perfectly to the grip, the index finger reaches the trigger easily even when using 5 or 7 mm thick neoprene gloves. The oversized handle and the elongated butt with non-slip finish make it easy to move the speargun in water. Line release: The helical line release in lateral position allows the line to remain perfectly adherent to the barrel, simplifying the manoeuvrability and avoiding its entanglement on the depth roughness. The line preparation is simple and intuitive, the dimensions of the lever simplify the fixing of the monofilament even with thick gloves. The helical wheel that acts as a line release returns to the automatic position . (Predathor is the only speargun on the market to adopt this system) “Vacuum” Muzzle: Salvimar is the first Italian company to have fitted as standard on a speargun the muzzle with a rubber vacuum gasket to make the inner barrel of the speargun watertight. A single gasket for 6.5, 7.5, 8 mm diameter shafts (description in previous catalogue) The VACUUM muzzle with gasket allows the Predathor to have unique and superior performance compared to a traditional speargun, ease of loading (less charge pressure), better trim of the speargun in water (the air remains in the barrel instead of water) more shooting precision (the recoil is reduced because the piston pushes only the shaft) Silenced shooting (the damping bushing is more performing).
