A bit hard to put in, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy sailing from there. Have to use the torch and heat it up. So far the experience in the water has been smooth.

precisely in the right diameter, easy to install. i lubed the shaft a bit and pushed it all the way in until i reached the flopper now i pimped my shaft and i'm pleased.

Good quality, but a little too tight for a 7 mm shaft (eg Pathos). If you drill the hole a little, it's OK.
