The sizing chart was good and easy enough to follow measured my friend and order this for him and he is happy with its fit and performance. We are from Bahrain our water temp. reaches 16° C in winter sometimes it will be even less or more. My friend gets cold fast especially in the winter we do not usually spearfish/freedive or swim without a suit in the winter but if we do we can't stay in the water for a long time. With this spetton 5 m.m open cell suit my friend had no problem diving for an extended period of time and he says that the suit stretchiness and elasticity is good even better than his old normal closed cell scuba diving suit he had. This suit is most definitely warmer than his old closed cell scuba diving suit.
