This is a replacement for an older version, purchased some years ago. On the old one the zipper decided to retire so it was time to get a new one. So far, it is working just as expected; double layer comparing to the older jacket is just what is needed to keep the moisture out of your body. And in chilli conditions, can keep you worm while exercising but don't expect to replace your cool winter jacket. It is just not meant to do so..
