Highback booster for comfort and safety
Safe and secure, DISCOVERY SL is a highback booster seat designed to give older children the comfort and protection they need when they are travelling. Its cushioned side wings and adjustable headrest offer head-to-hip protection for your child, and ensure that every journey is relaxed.

Conveniently installed, long-lasting comfort
Quickly and simply installed to the car’s ISOFIX anchorage points, DISCOVERY SL is permanently attached to the vehicle even when there’s no child in the seat. And thanks to its soft-latch connectors that attach individually, finding and attaching the connectors to the ISOFIX anchorage points is easier. The large side wings and adjustable headrest provide a comfortable fit as your child grows.

Removable cover

Highback booster protection
Our highback boosters protect your child in 3 ways: the seat shell provides head to hip protection for your child, especially in the event of a side impact; the upper and lower belt guides provide correct positioning of the seat belt; and the padded headrest provides safety and comfort for your child’s head and neck.

Adjustable backrest
The child seat’s adjustable backrest allows you to match the angle of the vehicle seat, providing a better fit and a comfortable position for your child.

Easy adjustable headrest
Our easy-to-adjust headrest was designed especially for older children, when using the 3-point seat belt to secure them in the car seat. The headrest can easily be adjusted to the correct position, just above the child’s shoulders, with one hand – even while the child is sitting in the seat.


Belted with ISOFIX attachment
This child car seat has to be installed using the vehicle’s 3-point seat belt as well as the ISOFIX anchorage points in your car. This ensures a firm and secure connection between the child car seat and car, even when your child is not sitting in it. DISCOVERY SL features integrated soft-latch connectors that enable you to easily attach one ISOFIX connector to the anchorage point in your car and then the other making installation easier, particularly in cars where the ISOFIX anchorage points are difficult to reach. After attaching both connectors pull the adjuster strap to tighten ISOFIX attachment installation. The soft-latch connectors must always be used in addition to the car´s 3-point seat belt to offer superior performance in the event of an accident. Belted
This child car seat can be installed with the car´s 3-point seat belt. This option is handy if you will be transferring the car seat to different cars which may not all have ISOFIX anchorage points. Seat belt guides on the car seat will help you install the seat correctly. Check the vehicle owner´s manual for suitable seating positions and ask your local retailer for a test installation in your car (please ask for a member of staff trained by Britax Römer), before you buy the car seat.
