These soft bags are definitely top notch. For those of you who want to use your Givi Monokey side carriers for both soft and hard cases, be aware that it isnt a quick change. Though these bags come with mounting hardware, once your attachment plates are mounted, you need to remove them completely to use your hard luggage. In other words, its not a quick change between the two types of bags. If you want that, you need to buy the GRT720 bags.

Just go to GIVI website and buy the mounts for these bags. You need a dedicated hard mount for these compatible with the PL series of mounts. I have givi E36 and E45 hard cases and these GRT709s worked perfect with my mount for those. Hello, I have an NC750X and yes, the fit is perfect, but yes or if it needs a metal structure to place the fixing system, I personally have the SW-MOTECH suitcase supports, there I placed the bag support and it looks very good

Hello, I would like to know what is included in the suitcase kit, I have a bmw gs1250 with the supports for the original suitcases, do these givi suitcases already include everything necessary for their installation? If I buy these suitcases do I need to buy anything additional?

The comes with everything, mounting plate included and was easy to fit the plate and the soft luggage just clips in and can be locked. It comes with a frame that can be adapted to any side pannier pannier holder. In other words, it requires having ,the frame for side panniers on your motorcycle and the Givi panniers come with a very versatile frame that can be adapted to any frame for side panniers. You need PLR5108 if you don't have it yet: Side quick-fix pannier rack for MONOKEY® panniers. It is compatible, but NOT with the DLM36 - DLMK36 Trekker Dolomiti natural aluminum side case / then you need to move the indicators from the original position. For the GRT709 Canyon 35+35L however, it works!

The saddlebags each have a plate that is fixed to the saddlebag support, the plates are adhered with fasteners according to the diameter of the tubes of the pannier rack.

These saddlebags are meant to sit on bikes that have pannier frames, such as those for hard luggage. These panniers include a plate that mounts onto the bike´s pannier racks, and these saddlebags simply slip onto that plate. It´s very sturdy and simple enough. They don´t need straps going over the pillion seat, so that´s great.
