I´ll start by saying im not the biggest runner/jogger. I was excited to test them out, but after maybe 3-4 miles my right foot was sore. I had 3 blisters on my instep and I had to stop for a bit then tried to jog and walk before quiting all together. 3 blisters in quite an unnatural area had me goggling the returns policy (no luck there). A couple of days later I wore them again to do a 5k and I didn´t have that issue. They are comfy enough and give you a good light bounce when running - I´d just advise breaking them in a bit easier and take it slow with distance beforehand.
