I have used on the treadmill and they seem very comfortable and cushioning. I’ve also worn to walk and found them to be quite soft to walk on. I would’ve liked to use on spin bike. However they are slightly wide so not ideal for the pedals but I will say I have made great use of these so far on the treadmill.
