I chose the 10cm one because I don't like them to be too short because when running it rises and makes me uncomfortable but these are perfect. I am very happy with the quality, lightness and comfort. You can tell that they are of good quality and that they will last. In addition, the lining (panties) that they have inside is very comfortable because it does not press and but it does not move either. I would buy them again.
