The adidas Supernova+ running shoes running shoes are the next step in this renowned 3-stripes brand’s series, sporting several adjustments to the sole unit and upper to increase flexibility and performance against its previous editions.
The Supernova+’ hybrid midsole receives a slight redesign, with most of boost™ foam applied to the heel for added cushioning and responsiveness when your foot touches the ground. In turn, Bounce now gives more structure to the forefoot and midfoot areas, guiding and supporting your foot through each step. The rubber outsole not only increases traction due to its AI-designed pattern, but its flexible consistency adds an extra measure of cushioning at any pace.
Although the Supernova+’ upper is familiar at first glance, the German brand still brought new ideas to this area. The Primegreen mesh - made primarily from plastic and recycled materials - now adds Engineered mesh in the forefoot and midfoot to increase breathability and support in the chassis’ key areas. Reflective details like the midfoot 3-stripes and TPU reinforcements on the heel and forefoot improve visibility in low-light conditions and give you a cutting-edge look.

Like the Supernova, these adidas shoes ride on a combination of BOOST and Bounce.
But the plus in the name refers to a few extra upgrades, from the added BOOST in the forefoot to the reflective finish on the 3-Stripes and heel.

This shoe´s upper is made with a high-performance yarn which contains at least 50% Parley Ocean Plastic.
The other 50% of the yarn is recycled polyester.

Very careful design, they are pretty without being very flashy. Size: I usually have 44 2/3 in Adidas shoes, but the Supernova Plus in this size is a bit big for me. Laces: Short to be able to use the last hole. Price: It is the cheapest on the market that I have found for this model.

A bit leathery feel, at least on the reflectors. Otherwise quite comfortable. Intend to use them just for walking. Compared to regular Supernovas, these + supernovas feel a slight bit bigger the same size, so my heel moves more. But at the same time, these feel more bouncy/sturdy on the foot than regular Supernovas. The biggest minus so far is that there is a gap at the collars, near the tongue, which I expect will let stones jump in. This is not the case on my regular Supernovas.
