Garmin Forerunner 45 is a smart watch created by Garmin to control the functioning of your body. Its screen is made of reinforced sunlight-readable glass with pixel memory. Through 5 buttons you manage the entire interface with just one press. It is compatible with iPhone and Android.
Among the indicators that you can control wearing the Garmin Forerunner 45 sports watch are: heart rate, distance, intervals, among others. If you want to create training plans, you can easily create them from the Garmin Coach application. In its configuration, you will store up to 200 hours of data from your activities. You can also link the device with your smartphone and in this way you can read text messages and incoming calls, you can also control the music that plays on your smartphone.
In case of an emergency, you can make use of the security features built into the device that send your location to your closest contacts. The battery performance is 7 days in smart watch mode and in smart mode it is 13 hours.

This watch is much more than a running watch. You can monitor your overall fitness and health and even install training programs on it so that you have your personal trainer on your wrist. The only downside is that it often takes a long time for the watch to find GPS. But once you know this, just turn it on a little earlier so that the watch has more time to establish a connection.
