I use it when jogging, walking, and trekking. It's very comfortable and looks clean and cool. I also purchased the black one. However, both designs were slightly different from the photos.

Soft fabric

It is a great piece, extremely soft on the skin, light, beathable. More suitable I think for intense effort, during average effort in the cold season I did not felt that insulated. Seems to be a good choice also for summer as sun protection.
