Merrell Vapor Glove 4 Shoes offer you a sensation of the terrain as never you have felt, besides or guaranteeing stability, optimal grip, breathability, low profile, and durability so you can reach even further and further in the mountains or the city.
These running shoes are designed with a Vibram TC5+ sole, made with an ultra-resistant rubber material to abrasions, superior grip, stability, and support. The Merrell Barefoot 2 construction allows a clear perception of the terrain like you have the foot naked, and the TPU Hyperlock heel provides great traction and safety on each step.
In the upper, they have a Cordura mesh with TPU coating that favors durability and ventilation of the foot. The M Select FRESH technology is responsible for absorbing the bad smell of the shoes, thanks also to the breathable mesh lining. These trail running shoes come with an integrated insole and normal laces closure.
This minimalist training shoe offers the greatest freedom and connection to the terrain when running, walking or doing other activities with which to achieve a more natural experience and gain sensitivity on the sole of the foot, reacting better to changes in the terrain.

i chose these as my first pair of barefoot running shoes after a decent amount of research. i have been wearing zero drop ,for a while and this seemed like a good next option. they're super light - beyond what i expected and fit according to size - very comfortable straight out of the box and i immediately changed into my shorts and took them out for a test run. i erred on the side of caution but managed 7k at sub-5 minute pace without any noticeable ill effects and i'm looking forward to putting a couple of hundred into them in the coming weeks. they look really good as well - my kids were suitably impressed so that's also a bonus. delivery was quick and painless!

Minimalist runner
The shoes are exactly as advertised, minimalist. I have been running in Vibram 5 fingers and Fila Skeletoes for 8 years so i'm used to that style, but I wanted something more robust for floor work. The toe cap is exellent protection if I'm doing burpees or other exercises apart from running. The grip on the sole is good which ensures I lift my feet. They are very light and super comfortable. ... and I don't get grass wedged between my toes when I go cross-country.

i bought this shoe to train myself to avoid heel strike. I wear 44 for running shoes. But the vapor glove runs big. So go down 1 size if you intent to purchase one.

I tried vivo barefoot and vibram five fingers and merrell are my favorite barefoot shoes. I have 3 pairs and use them for walking, running, trail, hiking. most comfortable shoes ever.
