These are great shoes for tempo/fast runs, they are light, rock you forward and have bounce. I am struggling with them on slow runs, the sole is thicker compared to what I'm used to (Asics Magic Speeds) so I find I keep scuffing the soles on the floor, I'm sure with a few more runs I'll adapt to lift my feet up a bit more. Also very easy to get on and off with stretchy sections in the tounge and slightly stretchy laces.

I love these as my general road shoes. They are comfy for long steady runs, but have a nice kick for any speed work. I liked the first pair so much that, after 500 miles, I have bought a second pair for my next race.

Great look and quality. Extremely comfortable fabric and lightweight. Just be sure of size - I went 1 size up but 1.5 would have been better for use on long runs or with anything but thin socks, as not much room around big toes.

Love these trainers! Previously had the Saucony Endorphin Speed 2’s which were my favourite day to day running shoes so I was a bit worried about trying the Speed 3’s Incase they didn’t feel the same however I actually think these are better than the Speed 2’s! Highly recommend

Saucony Endorphin Speed are my favourite non-carbon shoes! I’ve been buying them since the first series, and now I am enjoying Endorphin Speed 3. I’ve had 3 or 4 pairs already (yes, I run A LOT), and I am buying them again, because they are so lightweight and comfortable, with good amortisation. I use them mostly for faster workouts.

I had the Endorphin Pro 3 before (same size), and need to get used to this 'speed' version more than expected. It also feels a little bit smaller/narrower than the Pro. Nevertheless cushioning feels comfortable.
