I was initially very concerned that I did not receive any confirmation of my order and I had stupidly not made a note of the name of this unfamiliar company and doubly concerned when after a week I had not received any goods or communication,however, when I discovered on their site I could track my order and it was coming from Spain I relaxed and the goods arrived well packed and as described. To improve customer satisfaction I would suggest a confirmation email explaining receipt and how the item can be tracked and the possible delivery time.

Trainers came in perfect condition and the right colour/size. Really pleased with them overall! The only thing I would be mindful of when shopping on Runnerinn is the time of delivery, took a few days longer to arrive than originally stated, which made me a bit anxious but other than that - great service!

Was unable to track my order - possibly because I’m in the UK? Product was as expected as I get the same size and model ASICS every time but no delivery paperwork or returns info so if there had been a problem sending them back would have been problematic. Apart from that the price was good even with delivery cheaper than other vendors.

I had never used RunnerInn before, so wasn’t too sure of what to expect. They were the only place that had the particular model of running shoe that I like available, so I decided to give ordering a go. No issues. Shoes were good price, delivery time was reasonable. I wasn’t in a hurry for the shoes. I think it was 7-10 days, which I had no issue with. Would buy from again.

Terrex agravic speed ultra . Thus was the cheapest I could find this shoe ,infact it's pretty difficult to get hold of at all . I was impressed with the suplimentiory verification which takes tge gamble of faulty or knock off outbid the equation . As for the shoe , I have the Agravic speed which I really like .it's similar but as the nane suggests the ultra is that bit more cushioned for longer runs butvstill runs fast .wouldn't wear it for anything less than 20 miles as the stsndard Speed is more responsive and conformable enough for 20 miles but I will use it as ultra shoe .
