Overall good service - shoes arrived one day after stated date, but I am in the UK so this may have slowed the service.

Bought from this company for a few years now and the goods are sold at a competitive price and despatched promptly, arriving in the UK in a reasonable time. Unfortunately they use Royal Mail for the last bit of the delivery, which always seems to result in items sitting in the delivery office for days or (like the last order) being notified of the day and time of delivery and being told it's "Out for Delivery", only for the item to sit in the van for 48 hours. Maybe time for RunnerInn to switch their delivery service?

Ordered my trainers before reading reviews was a bit worried about the reviews on delayed and waiting times but can't complain about my order. Easy orders easy paid and were delivered roughly 7 to 10 days later. Good quality of trainers I will use the company again until there is a reason not to.
