Adjustment straps around the face / ears

Light and performing product, only flaw (maybe to lighten it to the maximum?) The "V" of the straps around the ears can not be adjusted in length. They are sewn fixed. I have a 2/3 cm slit of tape that takes away a bit of comfort to the wearability of the product.
