Product received on time and without incident (this is not easy these days). A little expensive to buy, but very effective for perfecting your technique and building your buttocks. The free heel gives more freedom. The feeling of gliding is weaker than with long fins. We have here a product for training and not for pleasure. He asked me for a session to master it well. But I recommend it for regular swimmers with intense practice (3-4 times / week)
