They are very good paddles that help a lot to perform the stroke correctly. In my case I chose the large size and they do not fully fit the size of my hands, the profile digs into my wrist, the smaller size would surely fit me better.

Its deceptively simple design hides a significant qualitative leap in ease of use and in helping to improve technique. I was quite satisfied with my previous rackets, which I used mainly to increase resistance and to which I had to replace the old rubber, but after only a couple of sessions with these I can't imagine using any others. Faster to put on and take off, more natural and fluid strokes after a minimum adaptation time (in my case a single session and only in breaststroke) and no more rubber bands to replace.

The only drawback for me for these pads is that I had damaged skin on the two thumbs of the hand (on the upper part of the thumb) That is why I do not leave a very good evaluation. Otherwise in terms of handling and behavior in the water it is very good.

My hand is 16 cm in circumference, so it should be an XS, but from the base of the hand to the tip of the middle finger it is 15 cm, so the blade would be short... Hence my doubt. Thank you!
