Learn to dolphin kick with the Foil Body Motion developed and made popular by Coach Bob Gillett.

Using the Foil Body Motion a swimmer can use his or her entire body to create a powerful and undulating dolphin kick through the water.

The Foil Monofin promotes an equal use of ̱down̨ and ̱up̨ kicks for propulsion throughout the entire dolphin kick movement by teaching the Foil technique and increasing the swimmer̍s core and leg strength.

So complex answer I took 44-46 and I´m using these (I wear 45.5 narrow sole) even if I have all my fingers out up to the beginning of the sole....so to avoid blisters I took some neoprene socks the problem is that the band behind the heel is not very rigid and sometimes they came out even though they are practically tight... I also tried to order the next size 47-49 which however was slightly different in the hole where the toes come out and remained wider …..but the size was really huge….the size 44-46 with the opening of the 47-49 would have been better but how could you choose!!!

How is the fit of the fin? I wear a 38/39 shoe size, could the 38-40 size be right for me or would it be small?

I have size 41 and bought the 41-43, which was not too small for me.
