Phenomenal. Before all the hats were coming out and I was super uncomfortable. This does not move at all, it has enough space for the hair and the silicone is of good quality!

I've used it during one week before writing review. I'd say you must have it if you have long hair. The cap has extra space. So you never lost your cap during long swim trainings or competitions.
