Very comfortable fins for swimming in the sea or pool, very good quality. EU 46 is good for size 11/12. For your EU size 46 it is more appropriate than EU size 44!

If you are a boy they may fit you well, but if you are a girl or have thin feet, they may be wide on you. Don´t get bigger ones as they have to adjust and not move

I have 295-300mm and ordered 46/47 (11/12) which fits tight. I think they should probably (still) take 46/47 as well. The fins will then press less and you will certainly not lose them. I think 44 will be too small. Enjoy the training! By the way, the quality of these things is good, they could even be a bit smaller in my opinion, but they are very well suited for swimming drills.

Ich habe 295-300mm und hatte 46/47 (11/12) bestellt, das paßt stramm. Ich denke, sie sollten vermutlich auch (noch) 46/47 nehmen. Die Flossen werden dann eher wenig drücken und verlieren werden sie sie auch sicher nicht. Ich denke, 44 wird schon zu klein sein. Viel Spaß beim Training! Die Qualität der Dinger ist übrigens gut, sie könnten m.E. sogar noch etwas kleiner sein, sind aber für Schwimm-Drills sehr gut geeignet.

For reference, I wear a 11.5 US/44.5 EUR size shoe (29.5 cm), and I bought the size 46 Zoggs swim fins and they fit perfectly and work great. I was originally concerned the size 46 fins would be too big, but also concerned that the size 44 fins would be too small. I went with the larger size and made the right call. They are for wide feet, my daughter gets them out when she swims. 36 is footpocket 215mm.
