Replace the oring as well

the replacement of the battery also implies the replacement of the O-RING. The first time I only replaced the CR2430, the second time, not having replaced the ORing, water entered: the battery went short and fortunately there should be no other damage. Now I bought the Cress Kit and everything seems to work ..
