Only reason I didn’t make it 5 stars is just because of how long it took for this product to arrive. Overall thought the product is in perfect condition! It was my first time ordering from this place and I was a bit nervous but this is a credible place. I live in the U.S and the adaptor has a European plug so keep that in mind if you use a different plug and will either have to by an adaptor or a new charger.

I ordered at midnight on June 11th and received my luggage before evening on June 23rd. I ordered it on 5/8 and arrived on 6/11. The person who ordered after me had shipped earlier, so when I contacted him, he checked it and shipped it as soon as possible. So it was nice. Great when you arrive at the final post office! I got a notification email saying, so I thought it was cute. LOL Of course, the charger is an adapter for overseas specifications. It was good that I ordered in the beginning of May and shipped early, but it was supposed to arrive from May 18 to May 22, but I left the Netherlands on May 22. 6/8 arrived in Japan. Since it arrived in Kawasaki, it may have been shipped by sea. Finally arrived at home on 6/11. The packaging was correct and arrived without any damage. The adapter was European, but I will keep it for overseas travel. I can properly set it up in Japanese and my kids are happy. It took twice as long as I expected, so I waited too long, and the school holidays ended, so I got 4 stars.

I ordered by Japan Post on May 7. Perhaps it was due to the reduction in stools, but it took me a whole month, but the outer box is not particularly painful. The included AC adapter has a shape that cannot be used in Japan, so you need to purchase it separately or use a conversion plug.
