It's a brand new controller. Updating the controller (firmware update) from Switch was no problem, and it was a genuine Nintendo controller. It is comfortable to use. The shipment from Techinn was completed in 2 days and the response was quick. From there, it took time by international mail, but there is nothing we can do about it due to the logistics situation.

I bought this product and sure it was 7 days late but when I asked about why they quickly responded that the reason why it was late was because of the extra strict rules for packages going into my country due to covid laws will definetely go back here for there good prices and the live updates I got on where my package was which really helped me feel less worried

why is the rechargeable part followed by a "(not included)" note, is this controller NOT rechargeable?

I guess they say that because it doesn´t come with the transformer, which has to be bought separately and is special (I think). Yes, it can be recharged by plugging it into the console.
