Great trainers for weight lifting, was used to taking my trainers off for deadlifting, squatting, barbell bent over rows etc etc. No more, these trainers are flat, good floor grip & do exactly what they are made for & very stylish & comfortable, getting lots of compliments, i did have to go a half size up, defo recommend

good quality squat shoes

size is surprisingly true to size, i normally wear eu 41 and i went for eu 41 1/3 for this shoe and it fits nicely, not super snug. you might want to size up if you have wide feet cos the toe box is really a bit narrow. nice build and very comfortable to wear, grip is good too
