Adidas Powerlift 5 Trainers have been designed for weight training so they provide the stability, support, comfort, and grip that you need for your practices in the gym.
These weightlifting shoes are made with a rubber outsole that offers excellent traction in different straight terrains. They include a midfoot wedge which guarantees a better position and balance of the foot.
The upper is made with canvas and breathable mesh so they ensure a good circulation of air inside. These Adidas weightlifting shoes incorporate a drag strip and traditional laces.
The perfect weightlifting all-rounder, these shoes keep you comfortable with a lightweight and durable canvas upper.
The wide instep strap and lacing system double up to ensure midfoot lockdown.
A midsole wedge adds stability, and a grippy rubber outsole keeps your feet firmly planted on the mat.
Made with a series of recycled materials, this upper features at least 50% recycled content.
This product represents just one of our solutions to help end plastic waste.

Perfect shoe for not too advanced lifters. It holds the foot well and has a nice flat and stable sole. Compared to other brands they are more malleable, so when using them for floor exercises or cardio you won't have too rigid a shoe on your feet.

size is surprisingly true to size, i normally wear eu 41 and i went for eu 41 1/3 for this shoe and it fits nicely, not super snug. you might want to size up if you have wide feet cos the toe box is really a bit narrow. nice build and very comfortable to wear, grip is good too
