The Metcon 7´s upper blends innovation and comfort with a classic, back-to-basics look. A thin, highly breathable Engineered mesh receives heat-sealed reinforcements for durability and consistency. A vertical heel clip enhances stability. Support is improved thanks to a Flywire lacing system lacing system that hugs the midfoot and provides added grip; meanwhile a tongue flap keeps the laces locked in place.

Being a basic weightlifter, I was looking for a versatile and stable pair for crossfit because it was impossible for me to do a snatch or a clean without suitable shoes, but those for weightlifting are essentially for this discipline, I finally found it! They are perfect, offer good stability, it is the site that sells them the cheapest and I received them in 5 days so really top on all points, the little extra: we receive a photo of the package sent!
