This durable, high-quality treatment for Tennis Elbow or Golfer´s Elbow has been research-proven to eliminate pain and provide an effective, non-surgical option to increasing your strength and endurance. It works to improve upper extremities and decrease pain through bending, twisting or oscillating. Select the resistance level right for you: yellow (6lbs. of force), red (10 lbs. of force), green (15 lbs. of force), or blue (25 lbs. of force). Correct delivery times, without incident, good quality material, as far as effectiveness in the rehabilitation of my golfer's elbow is concerned, I have only a few days to give my opinion. I am hopeful for recovery after seeing other comments.

I had golfer's elbow for several weeks and it wasn't improving. A friend recommended a Theraband and loaned me his green and blue ones. I tried both but the blue one was better for me (being a golfer with strong forearms) and within a few days the elbow was much better and I was able to play golf again. I bought a blue one and use it every day. It also works for tennis elbow apparently.

Perfect product to train the hand after a radius fracture. They also gave it to me in the CAP rehabilitation. Easy to use but helps build hand strength. Unfortunately, the package took 9 days to arrive and with delivery date errors that were increasingly delayed. But the package has arrived in perfect condition.

I just received it, I bought it for elbow strengthening exercises on behalf of Tennis Elbow, very good, interesting as the exercise focuses exactly on the arm muscles used to play tennis, I'm still exercising little by little with the flex bar, but it's done. to realize that it perfectly meets the proposal.
