Convenient tool for its size and easy to use, I recommend lubricating the ring nut near the mouthpiece because, if you want to increase the effort, reaching the end of the stroke the ring becomes very hard; someone wrote, in the answers to a similar article but much more expensive and that worked only on inhalation, that the exhalation is passive and does not use muscles, of course, but there is the active one, useful for strengthening the transverse abdomen which is a lumbar support and makes the diaphragm rise, if used well then it helps to improve gastroesophageal reflux; in inspiration it also helps the cervical, its muscles are directly connected with the weakness of the diaphragm, being also primary respiratory muscles; in short, a deep and complete breathing mobilizes all the vertebrae and viscera, benefiting the whole body

Well, the delivery tracking was very well processed and the package arrived as predicted, on time. Upon opening up the two devices, imagine our surprise to find that the instructions were only in Spanish! This was despite the enclosing wrapping being in English and our delivery address in France and ordered in English! Why on earth send instructions in only one , wrong language, to Europe?? Send me English instructions please.
