I recently bought my fivefingers trainers and it is a life-changing experience. First time I wore them, I felt a bit uncomfortable and a bit pain on my right ankle. After several minutes, I realised that the correct way of standing, stepping and walking was incovenient compared to wearing regular shoes. That was the moment when the usefulness of these trainers popped up and understood that my stance was based on incorrect form. The transition to comfortable walking came quite fast the same day and training was on another level, feeling muscles that I hadn’t even considered that exist especially at the sole. Balance is ideal and would totally recommend to everyone striving for healthy full body fitness. Feel happy woth the cramps in the beginning, you missed some parts while training as I also did.

It seems like a very well done produkt. Good quality, nice made, and generally it holds what it promises. I did need to widen the top lace holes in the boxing boots though.
